Replacement inf file for qttools utility works on 2000 and XP. Just copy over the qtprog.inf that ships with the QTools package. I'll get around to adding device id's for more manufacturers.

Converting
the PSU to 240v power is not hard, just two steps are required.
Firstly remove
either diodes D2 and D3 or diodes D1 and D4.
Next replace
the 200v 100uF capacitor with a 400v 100uF capacitor.
